A good looking body is something that we all want, even if we wont admit it, but for those of us who are overweight or even underweight, it can be a challenge to even get started. Regular gym visits make very slow progress and when its hard to keep doing something that requires effort when you dont even see results.
For people that are too skinny, sessions at the gym seem to achieve nothing except make you feel weaker half the time and you end up tired and frustrated that you have achieved nothing except sweaty pits.
For people who are overweight, working out regularly can be a far...

A lot of people have asked me whether the Firm Wave is a good piece of exercise equipment for regular exercisers, or is only useful for beginners. These people are experienced exercisers, some of whom are training for particular events and some are just keen exercisers who like to keep themselves in shape and enjoy different types of exercise to stop themselves getting bored or jaded.

You have probably heard this many times before, yet it may not be so simple. How exactly are you supposed to know if your program is working out or not? So many people don’t take the time to satisfy a basic requirement of weightlifting and just about any other goals you want to achieve. If you want to succeed, you’ll need to begin to write...

If I were to say to you that you can get six-pack abs straight from your kitchen in four steps, the chances are you’d think I was joking. When I first heard this I also had my doubts but if you think about it, it’s absolutely true. After all, you can work out as much as you like and exercise as often as you wish in order to get a rock hard six-pack, but if it’s hidden behind belly fat, you won’t be able to see it and neither will anyone else. The only way you’re going to be able to flaunt your six-pack, is by getting rid of any belly fat you have.
Going back...
