Because losing weight is such a vicious cycle that is both physically and mentally agonizing, it is more depressing each time you step into a weighing scale and see that instead of losing the weight, you are gaining more. A word of advice, though. This type of motivator plan shouldn’t be misused. You are giving yourself a stimulus package to put a stop to the cruel cycle you may be in and begin a healthier phase. Don’t rely on it every time you gain an extra weight. It will defeat your entire purpose of losing weight to stay healthy.
