Moderation is the key to success when it comes to living a healthy life. If you have weight issues, use diet and exercise for fat loss and it does not mean having to overdo anything.

As a child I loved the sugar, I had sweetened cereals, toast with caramel on it, freshly squeezed artificial fruit punch. I do not blame my mother. It was what all mothers feed their children. Nobody knew the possible side effect of a diet deficient in nutrients. In fact, I think many people still to this day do not understand. All most of us want to lose weight fast.
