Dairy products are rich in calcium which is good for the bones and teeth.You can get calcium from milk, cheese, and yogurt.

Foods rich in protein such as pork, chicken meat, beef, and fish are also essential for muscle building. You could also include beans, nuts, and legumes that are also rich in protein. And don’t forget that “good” fats and oils are also important for your nutrition and health.
