Love handles, those unsightly lumps of flab around our mid section. As an exercise for love handles, is sex any good? In a word no!
Having said that, there’s no harm in trying to get rid of them by having lots of sex. In fact I would encourage you to have as much sex as possible and put it down to research.
I’m sure with enough good quality sex you could burn enough calories to get the job done.
The big problem is the amount of crap we eat in between sex sessions. I can’t speak for you but I’m ready to go again in less than a month.
Joking aside sex is a great exercise routine of you can work up a sweat. Nothing like a good bit of sex to get your heart pumping.
Love handles and other fatty deposits are rather more difficult to get rid of. It can be done but it takes willpower and work.
Just look on the net and you’ll find all sorts of exercise for love handles. Some easy and some so complex you may need a Phd to work out how to do them.
In my eyes an all round fitness system is hard to beat. One that easily helps you keep in trim but also lets you eat well without going hungry.
You simply can’t replace an all round system. One that will keep the need for strenuous exercise down to the bare minimum.
The system I use is like this. I can plan ahead with my meals and exercise. Actually, I use a (stress free) online diet generator to create my meals.
I also struggled with my weight at one time. Truth is I didn’t struggle; I just didn’t even try as I thought I couldn’t lose weight.
It’s not like that for me now. I discovered a system that works for me. I can eat decent size meals and don’t have to exercise to excess.
I use a simple all round system that works. It works for me and thousands of other people. It will work for you also. That is, if you want it to.
Many people say they look for dieting systems but deep down do they really, really want to find one? Do you?
One of the side effects to using a system like this and losing a few pounds is more sex! Much more sex!
