When you starve yourself in order to lose weight, your metabolism slows way down. This will cause you to feel sluggish and lethargic. You may not even be able to adequately take care of your baby. Depriving yourself to lose weight is never the answer!

Rarely can we depend on specialists to maintain our lifestyle; instead we must learn to take care of ourselves for proper growth. Gradual weight loss, which is the recommended course for everyone, is the healthiest way to do so.

So to be the best mother you can you want to be healthy and happy. Fad diets and starving yourself are not going to help you loose weight.
