That's true you must not stress yourself and know why are you gaining weight. Because gaining weight is not necessarily bad because sometimes its good to gain weight than becoming thin.

Resistance training with weights has been shown to rev your metabolism for up to 72 after your workout. Cardio workouts are only good for 3-4 hours. Use light weights and high rep counts if you don't want to bulk. If you want to add mass (bulk) use 70% or more of your one-rep max weight, keep reps in the 5-8 rep zone and increase protein intake to 1-1.5 g per pound of bodyweight.

What a really good article. Many people think you can actually make opium or heroin from the dried poppy pods, but to do this you actually need to have the unripened pods. Which no legitimate source would sell to the public. Of course the dried pods and seeds can still be misused, but the same can be said for many off the shelf products, including cold medicine and even lighter fluid.

haha. Cookie Diet? Now that is a new one. I agree with you aquagirl that a lot of people just don't eat enough. They need to keep thier metabolism working, but at the same time you can for sure eat something healthier than a cookie! Even a PB &J sandwhich sounds a whole lot better.

Hi, thank you for a great post! I would just add that face masks can be problematic, because they only filter out the very largest of particulate air pollution. At the same time they restrict the air flow, so that your lungs have to work harder and you breath deeper, inhaling ultra fine dust, parts of pollen, etc. deep into your lungs.

We have become so used to salty, sugary fatty foods that we often ignore the consequences of this unhealthy diet. The abundance of chemicals, fats and other ingredients in a lot of modern over processed food has played a major role in the obesity rate. As more and more people live less active lifestyles, the pounds and inches really pile on. The HCG weight loss plan consists of organic food and the natural HCG hormone. This combination allows people to eat healthy, eat less and lose weight.

Part of what makes it seem like addiction is that there is a good feeling that comes when eating chocolate. Especially with dark chocolate the antioxidants, flavonols can make you feel healthier. And just like a runner can get addicted to that "runner's high" chocolate, especially dark chocolate, gives you a feeling of well being. Or am I over analyzing it just because I am a chocoholic?

Food does play a very important role on our skin. I've read a lot of articles but yours has provided a lot of insight on how to effectively treat acne and that is, to be more gentle with our bodies. Zinc vitamins, plenty of water, a good cleansing regimen, and a dairy-free diet has kept me acne-free for almost 3 years now.

Personally, I find that high intensity workouts, supersets, no rest are the best for muscle building. You've got to do multi-joint exercises for the most part though because exercises on your legs, back (the biggest muscles) really gets your body fired up for muscle building...it has worked for me amazingly well.
