1. ACCENT: Pricey and painful. Not much else to report and I tried it for several treatments (over 12) so I pretty much got a good read on this. Skip it unless you have the mildest case of cellulite.
2. Bliss Fat Girl Slim: Love the cute name, the creamy texture and the “hope in a jar” feel. However, it does not compare to the following cream (sorry, it’s true for me anway!) and it’s pricey. It’s a great moisturizer (especially the night-time version), but I probably would not re-purchase.
3. Oligo DX Cellulite Reducing Gel: This stuff just rocks! I bought my second tube and will buy again (and again if it keep performing). It’s not a complete miracle, but it really does help me see a difference. I use it at least once a day (usually after a quick dry brushing) and I swear it helps. Why it doesn’t have amazing reviews on Amazon, I don’t know, which brings me to my next review…
4. Celluthin: Amazon.com had great reviews so I bit. Another hyped product and I just don’t get it. Why didn’t it work for me like the rest of the crowd who posted there? Just my opinion, but not worth the money.
5. Bliss stimilator: Love this little thing! It’s just a white, nubbly rubber disc, but it really helps. I use it in the shower for about a minute on trouble areas and I look smoother all day.
6. Pycnogenol: I’ve added it and it’s really helping. Although I get a pretty good diet, this addition seems to take me over the hump and beat the bumps! The big named docs seem to agree that adding high antiox products to your diet will help and I can say I agree!
7. 30 Day Shred (Jillian Michaels): God, I hate to admit it, but this thing works. She is no sweet little thing: She’ll bust your butt! It’s only 20 minutes but you’ll sweat. I actually enjoy it and really enjoy the results (when I do it consistently). Why does everything have to come down to diet and exercise? Oh well…
