Calorie Shifting. Get ready for success. Here are a few things that you will need to know, before you embark on your calorie shifting diet plan.
Mindset- Having the appropriate mindset is essential for any kind of success. That includes fat loss. Spend a little time thinking about how you will benefit from weight loss. Imagine the image that you want to see looking back at you when you stand in front of a mirror. Write down your weight loss goals. Tape those goals to your refrigerator bathroom mirror. I tried them and they are good but a bit expensive for me. So if you don’t have access to a microwave and your lunch time is short, take nuts, fruit, bread, etc. to work.

I encourage you to do some cardio and resistance exercise each week, or be active in some way.
