Is it possible to get six pack abs by doing lower ab exercises? The answer is no. Doing lower ab exercises will not get you six pack abs. To get well-defined abs, we need to focus on increasing our metabolism through our diet and increasing our exercise program.
Doing lower ab exercises can strengthen the lower abdominal, hip and back muscles, thus preventing injuries, but exercises focusing on that one area alone cannot tone and expose those abs.

The benefits versus consequences of exercise videos is an interesting topic. Exercise videos have been around for a while. For some, exercise videos are convenient, a lower cost alternative to getting fit, and a way for the shy ones to start a lifestyle change. People concentrate their ab workout exercises by anatomy. Exercises are differentiated by the area that needs the most work and in most cases, it’s our stomach.
