To avoid muscle and joint injury, it is important to carry out warm up and stretching exercises prior to any fitness training workout. But to help further with your workout there are some other things you may wish to do to make it more enjoyable.
To increase your flexibility and to avoid injuries, stretch before and after workout. Ok so none of what I have said so far is a secret but you would be amazed how many people do not do it but were you aware that you should also continue this stretching at the end of a workout as the muscles are warm and more flexible.

There is more information about health out there then ever before. Why, then, are so many of us unhealthy and out of shape? Given all that we now know, or could with a little effort, all of us should be the very picture of health. Sadly though, many of us know next to nothing about the human body and how to keep it working well. The resources are available and if people knew better how to access them and put the information to use, we’d all be better off.

You would think that given the proliferation of information about health and wellness available today that you and everyone else for that matter would have found a way of remaining healthy and in shape. We all know that this is of course not the case. So why aren’t we in better shape? The truth is most of us know very little about how the body actually works.
