A Low Fat Diet Plan That Works. (And I’ve Tried Them All!)

First, let me say that I am not a great salesperson, but I am someone who has used a very successful low fat diet plan that let me lose the weight I wanted to lose. My name is Mindi Everett and I wanted to share with you my story. I have been in your shoes and know what it is like to not know where to turn.

The great news I want to share is that there is something you can do about your weight. If you’ve been looking for a low fat diet plan that works, you’ve come to the right place! I believe in it so strongly that if my story can help one person become healthier and happier then it makes it worth sharing.

With the birth of my second child I found that I had gained more weight than with the first and had a harder time taking any of the weight off. I was too busy with all I had to do raising two little ones to take care of myself, eating right, or researching how to lose weight.

I was embarrassed to see pictures of myself with my sons and would often not want to be in the photos. What I saw was a picture of myself that I no longer recognized. I tried every diet out there; the low carb, the high protein, the no sugar, the child sized portions, the bland taste, etc.

Counting calories and fat content of the tiny portion recommended meals in some programs became my hobby. I am sure you have been there too. These programs just don’t have staying power to keep the weight off or to lose the real amount you want to.

Finally I found the only low fat diet plan that has ever worked for me personally. It fit my lifestyle, was so easy, and was super effective! I lost the weight I had gained during my pregnancy and have kept it off. You have nothing to lose but the weight you want to.
