Love handles, those unsightly lumps of flab around our mid section. As an exercise for love handles, is sex any good? In a word no!
Having said that, there’s no harm in trying to get rid of them by having lots of sex. In fact I would encourage you to have as much sex as possible and put it down to research.
I’m sure with enough good quality sex you could burn enough calories to get the job done.
