Your diet is making you fat. The reason is simple: diets slow down your metabolism. Storing fat is your bodies survival mechanism to keep you from starving to death during long periods of not eating, or not getting enough caloric intake. It can be extremely difficult to unearth the best flabby arm exercises I know this because I tried to find the best arm exercises not too long ago.
